We are working to help 35 farm cats who will be losing their homes in 2018 (originally it was early 2018, not they are just saying we will have a couple weeks' notice when they are ready). They live on a farm that is set to be destroyed in Miami-Dade County to build a shopping center. They have different backgrounds, some are friendly and might make good house cats, others are used to only living in a farm environments. A few are ear-tipped and were dumped on the property; they are fearful at first but get used to their feeders over time.

Momma Cat was originally adopted from MDAS after being the mommy to several litters of orphaned kittens. She is 7+ yrs old, and is the resident mommy of the west side of the farm. Garfield is 3-4 yrs old, and he would be great at a farm. He is nice once he warms up to you, but has never been indoors and just showed up on the farm as a stray. He is a polydactyl.

Blue Eyes (no chip, ear tipped)
Blue Eyes was originally dumped as a stray, but he has come a long way! He is now very friendly to those he knows, and loves to be pet. It will likely take him some time to adjust to a new place, but we think he would do great indoors too. He gets along well with other cats, ducks, dogs, horses, etc.
His BFF is Thumbs, so if possible, we would like these two to go together!
Sally (no chip, ear tipped)
Sally is 3-4 yrs old, and he would be great indoors or on a farm. She arrived on the farm as an ear-tipped stray, but if very friendly and we think she would do well indoors. She gets along well with other cats, people, horses, dogs, horses, etc.
Sammy (no chip - not neutered yet)
Sammy showed up on the farm in the past few months. He is feral, not neutered yet. Needs a safe outdoor placement. We will trap and neuter once placement is found. (since re-trapping can be a huge challenge)

Viejito is about 12 yrs old, and is very sweet and easy going. His best friend on the farm has already left with one of the horse owners, so now he's sad and ready to find a home of his own. We would like to find this senior an indoor or calm barn home where he can retire in peace.

Tabbs is another senior, and he would be great at a farm. Tabbs' background is unknown, and would do best in an outside farm/barn home.
Bagheera (not scanned)
Bagheera is a TOTAL LOVE BUG!!! When you walk by, he will wave you down for some huggles. He has some severe scarring on his face, but that doesn't bother him on bit! He is about ten years old, and looking for a comfy place to hang out and get lots of love. Please SHARE him to find a loving home! He is a senior, over 12yrs for sure.
